A luxury fashion brand is seeking a full-time Client Advisor to join the team in Cortina d'Ampezzo. The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail and excellent client orientation. Responsibilities include guiding clients through the brand's values and maintaining visual standards in store. Previous sales experience in luxury fashion is preferred. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in another language is a plus. This role offers the chance to grow in a dynamic environment that celebrates diversity.

full-time Client Advisor

to join the team of our Boutique in

Cortina d'Ampezzo

The Client Advisor, with impeccable presentation and natural elegance will guide each single client across the brand’s values and heritage, gaining a strong understanding of the client and their needs and building a profitable, long-lasting relationship.

The Client Advisor, in partnership with the team, is responsible for reaching individual results while contributing to the team targets as well.

• Implements and maintains Company’s Visual standards in store, collaborating with Visual Merchandising team, ensuring replenishment and stock management ;
• Active cooperates during preparation and execution of inventories;
• Previous experience in sales roles, experience in structured Fashion Luxury / Retail Companies is a plus;
• Passionate about Retail, Client oriented and with commercial mindset;
• Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity;
• Willingness to evolve in the organisation, willingness to relocate is a plus;
• Fluency in English, proficiency in another language is considered as a plus.
