Overview: As our Country Manager Italy (f/m/x), you will lead Eversports' growth in one of our most important markets. You'll define and execute the go-to-market strategy, coach a small local sales team, and build strong relationships across the Italian sports ecosystem. Acting as our ambassador on the ground, you'll drive commercial success, represent the brand with confidence, and help bring our mission to "make sports happen" to life in Italy.

Full-time (35h/week, every second Friday off)

Tasks
  • Shape and execute the go-to-market strategy that will put Eversports on the map in Italy
  • Lead, inspire, and develop a small local sales team, helping them grow and perform at their best
  • Own the pipeline and revenue forecast for the Italian market, ensuring steady, healthy growth
  • Deliver impactful demos and guide prospects through a consultative, value-driven sales journey
  • Represent Eversports across Italy at events, in studios, and within the broader sports community
  • Build meaningful partnerships with associations, federations, and key market influencers
  • Work closely with HQ teams to align priorities, messaging, and customer experience
  • Bring insights from the field back into the business to improve positioning, product fit, and strategy
  • Support hiring and onboarding as the Italian team expands
  • Proactively open new doors through outreach, networking, and strong local presence
Profile
  • Native Italian speaker with strong English communication skills
  • Solid B2B sales or business development experience, ideally in SaaS or digital products
  • Experience leading or mentoring others, with a natural ability to motivate and guide a team
  • Proven success in turning qualified opportunities into long-term customers
  • Strategic thinker who enjoys setting direction and driving a market forward
  • Relationship builder, confident, empathetic, and credible with both small studios and larger sports organisations
  • Proactive, organised, and self-driven: you thrive in roles with ownership and autonomy
  • Collaborative partner who enjoys working with SDRs and HQ teams to build something bigger together
  • Passion for sports, fitness, or wellness, and the impact you can create in the Italian market
  • Comfortable with CRM tools (we use HubSpot) and quick to adapt to new systems
