Overview

A REGULAR DAY AT WORK / MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

The position will have responsibility to represent the business integrated profitability by Business Unit, product category and for the business analysis connected with creation of business plans being part of the Business Unit management team

Responsibilities
  • Responsible to representation and analysis of main driver of the profitability per Business unit
  • Ensure the delivery of robust business plans considering all financial / market assumption in line with Group timelines / guidelines
  • Accurate preparation and timely submission of all required information by the Group for monthly reporting, forecasts budget and strategic plan purposes
  • Business processes knowledge in order to support product and market analysis
  • Prepare Analysis and reporting of sales / margins by categories and market in order to follow up performance and highlight corrective actions in the generation plan
  • Standardize the reporting by product categories across the operations
  • Follow up of new initiatives (new product launches) in terms of sales, margins and in terms of cost
  • KPI measurement of efficiency of performance for sales / profitability return on investment for manufacturing plants and sales operations
  • Provide management team the main highlights on the critical areas for the monthly meetings interacting with Group and Business Area functions at international level
  • Ensuring effective management of working capital working of the Business unit (account receivable, inventory, accounts payable)
  • Can-do attitude with a positive thinking.

  • Ability to work independently as well as team player in a diverse, intercultural environment.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
  • Graduated in Economic disciplines
  • Minimum of 5 years post qualification relevant work experience. Must have worked in sales controlling and / or manufacturing controlling
  • Experience of working for an International organisation
  • Good knowledge of international accounting principles IFRS
  • Good IT operational knowledge (office package, business intelligence Qlik sense)
  • Able to clearly communicate complex financial data to both finance and non-finance colleagues.
  • Highly analytical and have a strong level of attention to detail
  • A strong team player with a commitment to delivering a high level of internal customer service and comfortable interacting at all levels within the organisation / functions.
  • Availability to travel internationally
  • Fluent in English
