Competenze

• 5 years of relevant experience in Data, Analytics or related field.
• Advanced university degree required; bachelor's degree plus additional experience acceptable.
• Working knowledge of English required.

Mansioni

• Monitor and evaluate digital engagement using approved analytics and tools.
• Support establishment of a CRM and data management platform.
• Collaborate on audience engagement with the FAO Museum and events.
• Facilitate capacity building through templates and training.
