EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree with excellent grades in economics, statistics or engineering disciplines and solid quantitative knowledge
  • Experience gained and/or skills developed in the ESG risk management field, with particular focus on data collection and data management, measurement, analysis and reporting
  • Thorough knowledge of package (mandatory eExcel, PowerPoint, Word), nice to have programming languages skills (e.g. Python)

Any experience in the following areas is a qualifying element:

  • Analysis of the regulatory environment and best-practices in ESG risk management for Financial Institutions
  • Analysis and implementation of the main ESG disclosure standards for Financial Institutions (TCFD, TNFD, EU Taxonomy disclosure, EBA-ESG Pillar 3, …)
  • Knowledge of main Banking regulatory reporting templates
  • Corporate sustainability reporting concepts and standards (NFRD, CSRD, EU Taxonomy disclosure, GRI, SASB, …)
SOFT SKILLS
  • Communication and management skills
  • Aptitude for problem solving and proposing solutions
  • Organization and data processing
  • Team-building development skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills (empathy, open-mindedness, flexibility, …)
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language
