The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of relevant experience, a degree in Engineering, and strong communication skills. Role Overview

The Construction System Implementation Engineer supports the definition, implementation, and deployment of Construction Systems to enhance project management. Reporting to the Construction Methodologies & Systems Group Leader, this role involves collaboration across departments and sites.

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS

• Serve as the interface with ICT and other Construction Department functions to identify needs and develop systems for construction management at both the Home Office and Site levels.
• Assist colleagues with the usage of construction systems and lead training activities on-site and in the office.
• Analyze and support interface management between construction systems and other Tecnimont systems (e.g., Marian, Group ERP, MileMate!).
• Support Site Managers in system implementation and training during site activities.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Minimum of 10 years relevant experience.
• Willingness to undertake periodic international missions.
• Fluent in English; proficiency will be assessed during interviews.
• Strong communication, management, and organizational skills.
• Problem-solving, troubleshooting, and innovative thinking abilities.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, technical environment and manage complex scenarios.
• Attention to detail, self-motivation, and a results-oriented approach.
• Experience with IT tools, Construction Management, HSE, Quality, Estimating, and Subcontracting activities.
• Experience in the Oil & Gas industry is a plus.
