The Position

The Mechanical Completion Engineer reports to the Mechanical Completion Leader. The role involves setting up the mechanical completion database, developing training programs, providing feedback on issues, and collecting Lessons Learned to capitalize on project experience.

The Mechanical Completion Engineer oversees all aspects related to Mechanical Completion, both at the Home Office and at Site.

Activities and Main Responsibilities

In Home Office

• Set up construction, pre-commissioning, and commissioning master ITP models.
• Collaborate with the mechanical completion coordinator, engineering, and commissioning teams to ensure deliverables meet contractual requirements.
• Update information in MILEMATE! prepared by engineering functions.
• Ensure user account setup for Construction Quality personnel in agreement with ICT.

At Site

• Receive original punch lists from discipline supervisors or inspectors and record them.
• Monitor punch list progress, maintain updated reports, and keep management informed.
• Monitor discipline completion and issue Discipline Acceptance Certificates according to Handover Procedures.

Person Specification
