The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Law, at least 5 years of relevant experience, and fluency in English. This position offers an opportunity to engage in strategic compliance initiatives within a diverse team.

About the Role

The candidate will join the Legal & Regulatory Affairs Function, reporting to the Legal & Regulatory Affairs Director and will work on implementing and monitoring the Corporate Compliance Integrated System. The candidate is expected to demonstrate strong decision‑making autonomy and a proactive mindset, anticipating challenges and acting swiftly in complex environments. The candidate will identify risks and opportunities early, propose pragmatic solutions and embrace compliance as a driver of business value and strategic growth.

Main Activities
  • Ensure the implementation and monitoring of the corporate compliance integrated system, in line with applicable laws and industry best practices.
  • Focus on key areas: public contract regulations, cybersecurity, data privacy, corporate administrative liability and ethics and integrity frameworks.
  • Interact with the holding company in an international context, supporting alignment and collaboration across borders.
  • Oversee the application of the Public Contracts Code (Legislative Decree 36/2023) and subsequent amendments, with particular attention to procurement procedures, qualification, and contract management.
  • Coordinate compliance with cybersecurity regulations (e.g., National Cybersecurity Security Plan – PSNC – and NIS2 Directive).
  • Supervise and update the Organization, Management and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001 (231 Model), including operational protocols and audit activities.
  • Draft and update policies, procedures and compliance reporting.
  • Support internal training activities on regulatory, ethical and risk‑related topics.
  • Manage relationships with Corporate, ensuring regulatory and operational alignment on cross‑border compliance matters.
Mandatory Requirements
  • Master’s degree in Law or related disciplines.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in compliance, ideally within regulated companies or the telecommunications sector.
  • Ability to independently manage topics related to the Public Contracts Code, Legislative Decree 231/2001 and cybersecurity.
  • Familiarity with ACN, ANAC, AGID guidelines and with the requirements of sector authorities (e.g., AGCOM).
Nice to Have
  • Experience in managing and applying ERM (Enterprise Risk Management) models, with the ability to integrate compliance and risk governance.
  • Knowledge of Spanish is desirable.
