Our Industry & Energy Technology (IET) team provides industry-leading products and services that optimize the extraction, production, and processing of energy. We help a diverse range of customers across the value chain to reduce operating costs and improve productivity. Our team plays an integral role by helping the business plan for the future.

Responsibilities
  • Define and improve Sourcing strategies at business or plant level. May also include management of regional & business teams.
  • Elaborates proposals for improvement in approaches, methods, procedures and processes in the own field.
  • Handles communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered.
  • Contributes to project as a team member. Work goals typically take 1-3 month to complete and results are seen immediately or within 1-2 months.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s/Master degree from an accredited university or college in Engineering or Economic with experience in procurement or commodity management.
  • Show a good experience in Procurement, Operations, Supply Chain.
  • English and Italian fluent, both in writing and speaking.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a proven ability to resolve problems and identify solutions.
  • Positive attitude to embrace change and see challenge as opportunity.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to cope with multiple complex situations daily.
  • Negotiation expertise.
  • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
  • Availability to travel.
