Responsibilities
  • Manage the end‑to‑end commercial process from customer inquiry to order confirmation.
  • Prepare and coordinate commercial offers ensuring alignment with pricing strategies and technical feasibility.
  • Drive negotiations providing accurate and timely documentation.
  • Maintain and update CRM / DM systems tracking opportunities quotes and customer interactions.
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and commercial policies.
  • Act as a liaison between product leadership engineering and operations to ensure smooth execution of customer orders.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Mechanical or Management Engineering.
  • Experience in sales operations, order management or technical‑commercial roles.
  • Familiarity with rotating equipment and industrial products is a plus.
  • Fluency in English both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Availability to travel to attend customer meetings/events useful to close deals/negotiations.
