The role is based in our Bitcoin Store in Milan (Porta Nuova), open Monday-Saturday with standard shop hours.The contract may be part-time or full-time, depending on candidate fit.Responsibilities: Drive Growth & Sales* Engage every customer who walks in — educate, build trust, and close the sale.* Hit and exceed sales targets by generating repeat business, referrals, and local excitement.* Spot opportunities for growth and take action.Own the Customer Experience* Act as the in-store crypto expert and trusted guide.* Deliver a smooth, friendly, and transparent experience every time.* Build long-term relationships that create loyal, returning customers.* Provide remote customer support (phone, chat, ticketing) when needed.* Collaborate with the team to improve customer experience and optimize service processes.Operate with Excellence* Handle compliant and accurate transactions with care and precision.* Keep the store running smoothly, organized, and visually sharp.
