A leading international clinical research organization is seeking an experienced Clinical Research Associate to oversee a Phase 3 study based in Italy but with responsibilities in France. The successful candidate will be expected to conduct site visits, monitor the trial closely, and collaborate with the Clinical Operations team to ensure quality delivery. This role demands strong autonomy, exceptional problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities to ensure project success.

Clinical Research Associate – International CRO – Italy

My client, an international mid-sized CRO, is seeking an experienced CRA to support and take responsibility for a Phase 3 study in France . We’re looking for someone who works confidently on their own, shows strong proactivity, and is highly quality focused.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversight and monitoring of a single Phase 3 clinical trial
• Approx. 5–6 site visits per month across 5 active sites
• Close collaboration with the Head of Clinical Operations and wider study teams

Profile Requirements

• Strong CRA experience with proven ability to work autonomously
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
