Role Overview

As a member of the Direct Representatives Team, you will play a crucial role in promoting company services directly to clients, ensuring seamless activation and ongoing support for merchants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Present ’s omnichannel payment solutions to clients, providing clear information and guidance on implementation;
  • Visit clients’ premises and engage digitally to support both physical and online merchant needs;
  • Assist merchants with verification and activation processes;
  • Support merchants in integrating e-commerce payment solutions, including payment gateways, checkout tools, and APIs;
  • Monitor and analyze portfolio performance;
  • Support existing merchants in maintaining active usage;
  • Escalate issues by opening cases for problems beyond their resolution scope;
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the merchant experience both digitally and in-store;
  • Travel to meet clients and attend industry events.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in business development within a fast-paced environment preferably a financial services institution;
  • Understanding of financial products / services features and advantages;
  • Experience in working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems;
  • Outstanding negotiation skills;
  • Strong organizational and diary management skills;
  • Resiliency and the ability to handle objections;
  • The ability to deal with a diverse client base;
  • Computer literacy & tech mindset;
  • Fluent in English and Italian.
