Role Overview

As a key member of our sales team, you will play an essential role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience, building lasting client relationships, and embodying our brand’s values through impeccable service.

Your Contribution
  • Provide a personalized and outstanding shopping experience to every client, proudly representing the brand’s values.

  • Stay informed about the latest product launches, trends, and brand knowledge to offer expert advice.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet individual and boutique sales targets, contributing to overall store success.
  • Assist with visual merchandising and store presentation to ensure the boutique remains welcoming and aligned with brand standards.
  • Support stock management by ensuring product availability and assisting with merchandise replenishment.
  • Handle customer transactions professionally, ensuring a smooth and positive checkout experience.
  • Participate in boutique events and promotions to boost customer engagement and brand visibility.
