For the next season, we are looking for a Chef de rang Bar to join the team at our refined Ristorante La Terrazza and at the Pool Grill Restaurant.

The ideal candidate is open to new challenges and ready to constantly develop yourself further. He/She is willing to support the team to provide authentic and luxury experiences, demonstrating care, curiosity and community.

Main Duties & Responsibilities
  • Professionally and warmly welcome and assist guests, offering excellent and personalized service at the bar.
  • Take orders for beverages (cocktails, wines, spirits, soft drinks) and snacks, ensuring accuracy and suggesting appropriate pairings.
  • Prepare and serve drinks according to hotel standards, ensuring the highest quality and presentation.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and order of the bar area, including stock management and replenishment.
  • Collaborate closely with the service team to ensure efficient workflow and an impeccable guest experience.
  • Handle any special requests or guest complaints with diplomacy and effectiveness.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative atmosphere within the team.
  • Comply with health, safety, and hygiene regulations at work.
Requirements
  • Proven previous experience of at least 2-3 years in the role of Chef de Rang Bar or an equivalent role in luxury hotels or high-end restaurants.
  • Excellent knowledge of classic and modern cocktail preparation techniques, wines, spirits, and coffee.
  • Excellent command of Italian and English (spoken and written). Knowledge of a third language (e.g., French, German, Russian) will be considered a plus.
  • Strong customer orientation and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professionalism, reliability, flexibility, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Precision, attention to detail, and a passion for luxury hospitality.
  • Availability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Impeccable appearance and strong team spirit.

  • We offer seasonal Labour contract according to C.C.N.L. Settore Turismo – Level 4, Chef de Rang Bar.
  • Start date: April/May 2026 to End date: November 2026, with the aim of a continuous collaboration over subsequent seasons at Splendido and a career path.
  • Monthly gross salary around 1.750€ + separate payslip for 13°, 14° and TFR.
