Open Position: Business Process Analyst

To strengthen our international team, we are seeking a Business Process Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing, mapping, and optimizing business processes, working closely with various departments to enhance efficiency, collaboration and digitalization — with a particular focus on Atlassian tools. Work mode: 100% remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and map business processes, identifying areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize workflows and communication.
• Use Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, etc.) to support digital transformation.
• Promote Agile and DevOps methodologies.
• Provide analysis and consulting support to various business areas.

Required Competencies

• Proven experience as a Business Process Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, etc.).
• Experience working in an Agile or DevOps environment.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluency in English.
