Business Development Manager – Private Wealth (Remote – Italian Market)

HI Partners is currently recruiting an ambitious, entrepreneurial, and results-driven individual for a globally recognised investment firm expanding its private client base in Italy.

Fluency in Italian and English is required.

THE ROLE

In this entrepreneurial role, your focus will be on identifying and converting qualified high-net-worth individuals into new clients for a globally recognised investment firm. You’ll operate remotely with full flexibility, managing your own schedule and acquisition strategy.

All leads are warm and pre-qualified — no cold calling or prospecting is required. Your time is fully dedicated to cultivating meaningful conversations, building trust, and converting interest into long-term relationships.

Sales execution is your priority. All investment advice, portfolio management, and post-sale servicing are handled internally by dedicated teams.

This opportunity is perfect for a self-starter who wants to break free from traditional sales constraints and work toward personal financial independence in a structure that rewards every win.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full acquisition cycle for high-net-worth prospects, focusing solely on bringing new clients to the firm.
  • Conduct remote, high-level conversations to assess client needs and position the firm’s value proposition.
  • Build strong and professional rapport with prospective clients using a consultative and ethical approach.
  • Consistently meet and exceed conversion goals while maintaining a high standard of service and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from initial interest to onboarding.
  • Operate independently, managing your own outreach rhythm, performance tracking, and follow-ups.
  • Participate in ongoing training and knowledge sessions to enhance your understanding of the firm’s offering and positioning.
  • Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality, ethics, and regulatory alignment.
Your Profile
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition within financial services, private banking, insurance, or a related sector.
  • You are registered with the Organismo di vigilanza e tenuta dell’Albo unico dei Consulenti Finanziari – mandatory requirement.
  • You are skilled at engaging with high-net-worth individuals and building trust-based relationships that lead to results.
  • You’re a goal-oriented self-starter who thrives on independence, structure, and accountability.
  • You’re motivated by performance – the idea of building a business within a business excites you.
  • You have strong communication skills and can tailor your approach to connect with different client profiles.
  • You are fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
  • You are based in Italy and legally authorized to work as an independent professional.
