A tech company specializing in NAS products is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead channel development in Italy. The role involves implementing sales plans, managing customer relationships, and coordinating with marketing teams. The ideal candidate has a strong knowledge of NAS products, excellent communication skills in Italian and English, and over 3 years of experience in distribution or sales channels. Business trips across Italy may be required.

Descrizione del lavoro

On behalf of the UGREEN brand, carry out business development, mainly develop channels related to NAS&Accessory products, integrate internal resources of the company, and develop customers in different channels including CE, IT and B2B

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the channel development of NAS&Accessory products in Italy;
  • Develop and implement the sales plan for NAS products in Italy and complete the sales target;
  • Visit customers regularly to maintain good customer relationship;
  • Follow up the NAS product projects, meet the demands of customers;
  • Synchronize the latest market feedback for NAS&Accessories with HQ;
  • Coordinate Chinese and European marketing teams to increase sales and brand awareness;
  • Participate in marketing activities, exhibitions, roadshows etc.
Qualifications
  • Have solid NAS related products knowledge, bachelor degree or above;
  • Understand the European Network&NAS product channels, have certain Channel&Distributor resources;
  • Native speaker level of communication and negotiation skills in Italian. Professional level in English;
  • More than 3 years of NAS&Storage products experience in the distribution or sales channel;
  • Accept business trips in Italy.
