A growing sports brand seeks a Sales Manager for Italy to develop partnerships with races and running clubs. The role requires at least 5 years of sales experience, excellent communication skills in English or French, and strong software proficiency. Ideal candidates need a passion for sales and a background in fashion or sports. You will be integral in promoting the brand within Italy, working closely with internal teams to execute partnerships effectively. Competitive salary with commissions offered.

Overview

Bodycross is a French running & trail brand that offers innovative textile products and accessories. Concerned about the eco-system, 50% of our collections are eco-recycled with a long-term goal of reaching 100%.

Bodycross is a team of 15 people with two-digit growth and distribution in 8 countries. The brand is growing in France, Germany, Belgium, and Switzerland, and the goal is to introduce Bodycross to the Italian market.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage partnerships in Italy with races, running clubs, and event organizers to promote the brand on the territory (Equipment + Sponsorship).
  • Identify, reach out to, and engage prospects using CRM, via phone, email, conference calls, and in-person meetings when required.
  • Create deals with clients and promote Bodycross products and brand image in target markets.
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful execution of partnerships and promotions.
  • Represent Bodycross in partnerships with major races (e.g., Marathon de la Liberté, Marathon de Namur, Marathon du Medoc, Marathon de Leipzig).
Remuneration and Working Hours

We offer a fixed salary plus commissions on each deal. Minimum hours per month: 60 to 80 hours.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Fashion and/or Sport.
  • Experience in Sales of minimum 5 years. You like challenges and sales is a passion.
  • Good verbal & written communication skills in English or French. This is important because Bodycross has a French team and communication is needed in French or English.
  • Strong knowledge of software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM) as a large part of the job is computer-based.
