Working within the development team and following its governance and methodology guidelines, the Business Analyst will assist with the rollout, testing, implementation, and maintenance of software applications to achieve the company’s strategic objectives and business needs.

He/she provides added value throughout the entire software development life cycle.

Key Responsibilities

Define and design of software solutions.
Support Organizational changes at Agency level, as required.
Perform analysis in order to identify gaps in current processes and requirements in new processes.
Deal with issues, be proactive and pragmatic in solution findings.
Track and trace changes compared to the initial plan agreed during with the Rollout Management Team.
Monitor and report on progress of activities to all stakeholders involved.
