A multinational customer relations firm is seeking a Brand Ambassador for Luxury Brands. The role is based in Milan, Italy, requiring fluency in German and strong customer care skills. Responsibilities include managing customer relations and providing e-commerce support. Ideal candidates will have experience in the luxury sector and strong communication skills. This full-time position offers a collaborative environment and opportunities for professional growth in the luxury world.

Competenze

  • Degree and/or experience in e-commerce Customer Care Fashion and Luxury.
  • Good knowledge of IT tools, especially Microsoft Office applications.
  • Willingness to undergo targeted training on Luxury Brands.

Mansioni

  • Manage customer relations with Italian and international customers via phone/chat/e-mail.
  • Provide e-commerce and after-sales support for online purchases.

Conoscenze

Fluency in German (B2-C1)
Customer care skills
Excellent communication skills

Formazione

Degree in e-commerce, Customer Care, Fashion, or Luxury

Overview

We\u2019re looking for a Brand Ambassador Luxury German & English to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong attitude for customer care, fluent in languages, empathetic by nature, fashion and international luxury brands enthusiast with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Languages
  • German mandatory (B2 - C1)
Responsibilities
  • Customer relations with Italian and international customers through phone/chat/e-mail
  • E-commerce and after-sales support: assisting customers in their online purchases
Contract

Full time 8 hours a day (40 hours a week) on shifts 5 days a week.

Qualifications
  • Degree and/or experience in e-commerce Customer Care Fashion and Luxury
  • Good knowledge of the main IT tools and specifically of Microsoft Office applications
  • Targeted and continuous training on Luxury Brands
  • Constant practice of languages and professional growth in the luxury world
