A luxury customer care firm in Pavia is seeking a Brand Ambassador with strong customer care skills and fluency in German. You will assist international customers via phone, chat, and email, supporting online purchases. Ideal candidates have experience in fashion and luxury, along with excellent communication skills. This full-time role offers a collaborative environment with continuous training.

Competenze

  • Degree and/or experience in e-commerce Customer Care Fashion and Luxury.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Targeted and continuous training on Luxury Brands.

Mansioni

  • Customer relations with Italian and international customers through phone/chat/e-mail.
  • Assisting customers in their online purchases.

We’re looking for a highly skilled BRAND AMBASSADOR Luxury German to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong attitude for customer care, fluent in languages, empathetic by nature, fashion and international luxury brands enthusiast with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Languages knowledge:

German (B2/C1)

Tasks:

• Customer relations with Italian and international customers through phone/chat/e-mail

• E-commerce and after-sales support: assisting customers in their online purchases

Contract: Full time 8 hours a day (40 hours a week) on shifts 5 days a week.

Qualifications:

• Degree and/or experience in e-commerce Customer Care Fashion and Luxury.

• Good knowledge of the main IT tools and specifically of Microsoft Office applications.

• Targeted and continuous training on Luxury Brands

• Constant practice of languages and professional growth in the luxury world
