A global customer service firm is seeking a Brand Ambassador in Milan to handle customer relations in luxury sectors. The ideal candidate is fluent in French and English, experienced in customer care, and passionate about luxury brands. This full-time role includes e-commerce support and requires excellent communication skills.

We’re looking for a highly skilled BRAND AMBASSADOR Luxury French & English, to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong attitude for customer care, fluent in languages, empathetic by nature, fashion and international luxury brands enthusiast with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Office : Milan ON-SITE

Languages

French mandatory (C1 / C2)

English mandatory (C1 / C2)

Tasks
  • Customer relations with Italian and international customers through phone / chat / e-mail
  • E-commerce and after-sales support: assisting customers in their online purchases
Contract

Full time 8 hours a day (40 hours a week) on shifts 5 days a week

Qualifications
  • Degree and / or experience in e-commerce Customer Care Fashion and Luxury.
  • Good knowledge of the main IT tools and specifically of Microsoft Office applications.
