At TechBiz Global, we provide recruitment services to our TOP clients from our portfolio. We are currently seeking a bilingual Business Analyst to join one of our clients' teams. Location: Remote (must be available during Eastern Time business hours)

Industry: Insurance / Insurtech

Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with clients and tech teams to analyze business problems and propose solutions
  2. Plan and design simple to moderately complex business processes and system modifications
  3. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
  4. Draft user stories and business requirements documentation
  5. Support QA, UAT, and release phases of projects
  6. Contribute to time estimations and procedural documentation
  7. Aid in understanding technical aspects of mobile/web apps
  8. Mentor other analysts and oversee their work as needed
Qualifications
  • Degree in Business, IT, or a related field
  • Experience in the insurance industry is required; health insurance or Insurtech experience is preferred
  • Certification in health insurance (INS / LOMA / III) is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools (Scrum, epics, sprints)
  • Solid business analysis skills: facilitation, process mapping, UAT, requirements gathering
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
  • Familiarity with system functionality, data integration, and process documentation
  • Technical writing experience is a bonus
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish
  • Prior experience working for a tech vendor serving insurance clients is highly preferred
