Background

Alfa Laval San Bonifacio BHE Factory is a new modern factory that in the next four years will replace its IT core production systems with OneERP solution. You will support this transaction from the existing system/process to the new solution.

You will be a key member of our team located in San Bonifacio. You will report to the Country IT Manager for governance aspects and strategic decision, with a strong and direct connection with San Bonifacio management for all operative/process aspects of your role.

About the job

As an application specialist, you will be supporting and implementing all aspects of operations that use existing systems as well as our future WMS and ERP. Part of your job is to be operative in specific data management tasks, and quality data check of data.

You will have a customer-oriented mindset and play a major part in supporting your colleagues to have a high competence in systems and tools.

This role will be based in San Bonifacio.

Your Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for leading local IS projects with the support of our corporate.
• System Administrator for local ERP systems and data exchange interfaces.
• Securing optimal functionality and business continuity of all local San Bonifacio IT systems, conduct problem analysis and to continuously improve systems together with our central team according to Alfa Laval standard and governance.
• IT/IS Business Process Management (BPM) mapping, optimization and definition of procedures from a system perspective, assistance in introducing these procedures (change management).
• Be a digital transition driver for local organizations.
• Continuous improvement in the IT/IS service delivery.

What you know

• Knowledge of and/or affinity with factory processes and applications (Production Order, BOM, WMS, TMS).
• SQL Server and T-SQL development skills.
• Experience in autonomous administration and set-up of IT applications.
• D365/ Jeeves ERP Systems knowledge is preferred.

Who you are

You have an analytical mindset combined with a pragmatic and proactive approach. Your communication skills in both Italian and English (verbal and written) are excellent.
