Position

As a Benefits Representative at Deel, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless benefit management and ongoing support for our clients\' benefits administration needs. You will be responsible for providing ongoing assistance to clients on their benefits policies on Deel’s benefits administration platform.

Responsibilities
  • Ongoing Support: Troubleshoot and resolve benefits-related issues in payroll and carrier connections; address short-term reporting requirements and ad-hoc client requests related to benefits administration; conduct quality assurance testing on changes to configured benefits modules; support customers with queries about benefit configuration and handoff to relevant teams; train clients on navigating and utilizing our benefits administration platform.
  • Relationship Management: Manage a high volume of accounts in SMB/MM or ENT segments; identify and flag risks that could lead to customer churn; build relationships with clients by identifying pain points, providing solutions, and recognizing opportunities for growth and revenue generation; be the voice of the customer by collecting product and operational feedback and sharing it with internal stakeholders; coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely response and completion of requests.
  • Employee Support: Respond to benefit questions, assist with navigation of the system, resolve issues with benefits; properly triage issues and escalate to appropriate teams.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in benefits administration, preferably in a client-facing role.
  • Deep understanding of EMEA benefits administration processes and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in utilizing benefits administration software platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical foundation with the ability to manipulate and synthesize data.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks.
  • Customer service experience, focused on employees.
