Role and Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute research activities, employing different methods to generate insights for multiple stakeholders, including Operations, Marketing and E-Commerce departments, and make better decisions for our customers.
  • Investigate customer behaviors, needs and motivations to validate the impact of our initiatives.
  • Select rigorous information sources, interpret results and data, and extrapolate conclusions from the academic world to the business world.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and managers on research projects to solve problems with data.
  • Find innovative AI solutions.
  • Present research findings and create a repository with such information.
  • Create sets of potential interventions to validate the insights gathered through the Research phase.
  • Define hypotheses, design, and run experiments (A/B testing, multiple variable tests, etc.) and analyze the results identifying relevant correlations, patterns and behaviors.
  • Design, program and run simple statistical and econometric models to identify key relationships between variables.
  • Conduct client segmentation to identify and categorize clients based on behavioral criteria, helping tailor strategies.
  • Participate in behavioral-related conferences and events to stay informed about the latest market trends, ensuring the company remains at the forefront of industry developments.
What do we expect from you?
Knowledge and Technical Skills
  • 1.5+ years of experience in a role such as Behavioral Specialist, Growth Hacking or Growth Marketing.
  • Education in Business, Psychology, Sociology, Market Research, Consumer Behavior, Marketing (and related fields).
  • Knowledge of Behavioral Science (e.g., frameworks, methodologies, biases and heuristics) or contributing to product experimentation, interpreting behavioral outcomes, and iteration based on results.
  • Ability to conduct both qualitative and quantitative research independently, analyze results and generate business recommendations. Ability to use Excel, Power BI and tools such as Figma and Miro.
  • Experience in writing/copywriting: applying behavioral tactics to advertising writing, refining messages, CTAs, or tone to better align with users' motivations and the cultural context.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in English (B2 level).
