Un importante marchio di bellezza cerca un Consulente di Bellezza per posizioni fisse a Milano. La figura si occuperà di vendere i prodotti del marchio in modo assistito, aumentando i ricavi e interagendo con una clientela esigente. Sono richieste qualifiche come Make-Up Artist e/o Estetista e una passione per il settore beauty. Il lavoro è a tempo pieno su turni con un contratto iniziale a tempo determinato.

Descrizione del lavoro

Gi Group SpA, division Gi Group Fashion & Luxury, looking for a BEAUTY CONSULTANT qualificata per presidio fisso for the brand DIOR.

Key responsibilities :

Sell all products of the brand across the three axes : makeup, fragrances, and skin care, providing full customer assistance from initial contact through sale.

Contribute to increasing the brand’s revenue, working both independently and in synergy with the team to achieve KPI and grow customer loyalty.

Requirements :

Qualification as Make‑Up Artist and / or Esthetician.

Innate passion for the beauty world.

Experience (even brief) in beauty sales.

Sensitivity for luxury products, excellent relational, communication and sales skills.

Predisposition to interact with a demanding, loyal audience, with a strongly curated appearance and alignment to the brand.

Work schedule : full time on shifts.

Location : Milano.

Offer : initial fixed contract with possibility of continuation. CCNL Commercio + ticket from 8€.
