Location: This position is based in Milan Malpensa Airport.

Sisley Paris

A pioneer in phyto-cosmetology, Sisley-Paris draws from the power of plants to offer effective products that meet the needs of all skin and hair types. Sisley sells skincare, makeup and fragrance and launched its own haircare brand, Hair Rituel by Sisley.

Main responsibilities
  • Advise customers and sell Sisley products;
  • Explain the various treatments available and which to combine;
  • Offer adequate samples;
  • Pro-actively sell Sisley products and provide a luxury standard of service to customers;
  • Advise customers by presenting the brand's new products to increase customers’ awareness;
  • Recommending and selling the products corresponding to the customers’ skin type.
Handle administrative duties
  • Fulfill the daily, weekly and monthly goals given;
  • Provide a written report on duties performed each week (sales, activities, etc.);
  • Manage stock control.
Enhance your brand image on counter
  • Be responsible for cleaning the counter;
  • Clean and refresh testers on the counter;
  • Tidy and organize the storage area dedicated to testers;
  • Promote the brand.
Requirements
  • Excellent knowledge of Italian and English;
  • A first experience in retail. Experience within the cosmetics/beauty industry is appreciated;
  • Motivated and positive attitude;
  • Hospitable, service-oriented and very customer-friendly;
  • Commercially minded and result oriented.
