Responsibilities
  • Greet customers and ensure a unique and memorable shopping experience: you will make them feel pampered, listened to, and expertly advised.
  • Build strong client relationships and deliver client‑centric solutions, offering clients personalized consultations based on their profiles.
  • Support the Store Manager and Specialists in managing daily activities.
  • Actively contribute to achieving store objectives (budget and targets), adapting to strategic changes and new action plans established by management.
  • Organize and manage the stockroom of the store and deliveries.
  • Contribute to creating a strong team spirit, with a trustful and open interaction, by collaborating with colleagues within and beyond the organization.
  • Fostering a positive and productive environment, highlighting wins, celebrating and crediting the team and individuals for successes.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in similar roles (Sales Assistant, Promoter, Beauty Consultant), preferably within dynamic, multinational retail environments.
  • Knowledge of key commerce KPIs.
  • Empathy and dynamism.
  • Results‑oriented mindset.
  • Aptitude for teamwork.
  • Willingness to value uniqueness & differences.
