Un prestigioso hotel a Roma cerca un Barman/Barlady per unirsi al loro team stagionale. In questo ruolo, sarai responsabile del servizio clienti e supervisionerai il lavoro nel bar. È necessario avere esperienza nel settore dell'ospitalità, la capacità di lavorare in un ambiente di alto ritmo e una buona conoscenza dell'Italiano e dell'Inglese. Responsibilities

• actively work in the service, taking the lead as shift supervisor, ensuring everything runs smoothly, whether behind the bar, in service, or at the front office
• make sure all service, quality, and hygiene standards are met - always with an eye for detail
• take charge of training, coaching, and onboarding new team members
• handle communication and ensure that all information flows smoothly within the team
• take guest feedback seriously and ensure a quick and efficient resolution
• share your insider tips for the best hotspots in the city with our guests, ensuring they feel at home from the first moment to the last drink

Qualifications

• already gained experience in a similar position, ideally in the trendy hospitality or lifestyle hotel industry
• flexible and ready to work in shifts
• counting reliability, multitasking and your willingness to learn among your strengths
• carrying yourself confidently, bring lots of joy to your work, and humour is just part of who you are
• enjoying working with international, demanding guests and know exactly how to handle their various needs with a smart approach
• speaking fluent Italian and English
