What You’ll Do

As a B2B Sales Manager, you will play a key role in owning and optimizing the full B2B sales cycle, working closely with Business Development and Marketing to convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.

Your main focus will be to:

  • Own and deeply understand the B2B sales funnel, ensuring constant alignment with the Business Development team to maximize efficiency and impact.
  • Manage qualified opportunities with prospect companies, with the objective of increasing conversion rates and shortening the sales cycle.
  • Accurately update and manage the CRM in line with the company’s sales methodology, contributing to reliable sales forecasting.
  • Represent Unobravo at industry events where the company participates as a sponsor, maximizing ROI through lead generation and relationship building.
  • Collaborate closely with the B2B Marketing team to analyze data, interpret performance, and co‑create increasingly effective and efficient multichannel campaigns.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining relationship‑building, data‑driven sales execution, and cross‑functional collaboration in a fast‑growing scale‑up environment.

✅ Must-have skills
  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, HR Tech, HealthTech, or high‑growth startups/scale‑ups.
  • Strong understanding of sales funnels, pipeline management, and conversion metrics.
  • Hands‑on experience with CRM tools and sales forecasting methodologies.
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with data.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with Marketing and Business Development teams.
  • Fluency in Italian and English.
