A technology sales company in Italy is seeking a motivated B2B Digital Sales Specialist fluent in Italian and English. You will identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and nurture client relationships in the tech and digital advertising sectors. Candidates must have at least 2 years of cold calling sales experience and strong communication skills. The role offers a hybrid work model with a starting salary of 3600 BGN gross plus a quarterly bonus.

Work Schedule: Monday/Friday, 09:00/18:00
Salary: 3600 BGN gross + 2000 BGN quarterly target bonus
Conduct B2B outreach, cold calling, and lead qualification
Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned markets
Build long-term relationships with prospects
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales processes
Maintain accurate records within CRM systems
Minimum 2 years of Cold Calling Sales Experience, ideally in tech or digital advertising
Fluency in Italian and English
Strong understanding of business development and lead generation
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
