A dynamic language services provider in Italy is seeking a motivated B2B Digital Sales Specialist fluent in Italian and English. The specialist will identify new business opportunities, generate leads, conduct cold calls, and nurture client relationships, primarily in the tech and digital advertising sectors. Candidates should have at least 2 years of cold calling experience, excellent communication skills, and the capability to work in a hybrid setting. A relocation package is available for candidates moving to Sofia.

We are seeking a motivated B2B Digital Sales Specialist with fluency in Italian and English to join our sales team. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, conducting cold calls, and nurturing relationships with potential clients in the tech and digital advertising sectors.

Starting Date: 12 Jan 2026

Location: Sofia (Hybrid)

Work Schedule: Monday/Friday, 09:00/18:00

Salary: 3600 BGN gross + 2000 BGN quarterly target bonus

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct B2, cold calling, and lead qualification
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned markets
  • Build long-term relationships with prospects
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales processes

Requirements

Relocation Package (Sofia – 10 Days)
  • Up to 490 BGN travel refund after 6 months
  • 10 nights in a city-center hotel (breakfast included)
  • 1056 BGN salary advance (deducted in 3 monthly installments)
