Overview

LHH, provider of end‑to‑end HR solutions, seeks an Associate Manager to support business growth and delivery of the salary segment in Bologna.

Responsibilities
  • Sales & Development – Present services to prospects, plan and execute commercial activities, acquire new clients, prepare and present commercial proposals.
  • Recruitment & Service – Actively propose candidates to clients, cover orders generated, monitor selection progress and client satisfaction, manage client and candidate information, support the Commercial Direction and Operations teams in analyzing needs and defining the appropriate delivery process, map candidates in the sector and conduct direct hunting (Head Hunting).
Qualifications and Experience
  • Minimum 3–4 years in similar Head Hunting of Middle and Top management roles.
  • Strong commercial orientation and delivery capabilities.
  • Proven communication skills and team working ability.
  • Good command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work in dynamic, constantly evolving contexts.
