BIZ Courier & Logistics is looking to hire an Assistant Warehouse Manager to oversee and execute on operational flow at the 3PL Logistics Warehouse in Bolzano, Italy as part of our milestone collaboration BIZ by Fercam ( BBF S.R.L). If you have strong warehouse coordination experience, are familiar with e-commerce fulfilment workflows and are ready to contribute to a growing operation at this location, this role is an excellent opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and execution of inbound goods
• Support oversight of order processing, including picking, packing and dispatch
• Monitor staff readiness, coordinate daily routine tasks, schedule day-to-day activities, evaluate performance and provide reporting to higher management
• Maintain warehouse organisation, safety and operational consistency
• Use warehouse systems (WMS / ERP) to track performance, ensuring fast and accurate workflows
• Seamlessly collaborate with Operations and Customer Support departments via tickets and calls

Candidate Profile

• Team-oriented, structured, and consistent in workflow execution
• Competent speaker of the English and Italian languages
• Proficient using computers and warehouse software (ERP / WMS)
• Holder of a regular EU driving license (category B)
• Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and inventory management
• Competent driving a Forklift
• Vocational or Higher education in a relevant field e.g. Logistics degree
