Overview

We’re looking for a motivated, hands-on Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Serravalle, supporting one of TLG’s in-house brands. The Assistant Store Manager will assist the Store Manager in supporting the day-to-day activities and leading the store & team performance towards success. Focused on the business strategy of the store to achieve commercial targets and strongly motivated to enhance the brand's image and reputation, connecting and engaging with customers. As an assistant store manager you will welcome and assist customers throughout the entire sales process while supporting & coaching the team towards excellence, always focusing on delivering the highest customer experience, maximizing store targets, providing optimal and personalized customer service.

Role Mission
  • Support the Store Manager in ensuring smooth day-to-day store operations and effective floor management and take responsibility for the store in the absence of the Store Manager
  • Guide, coach and train the team to achieve sales goals.
  • Select, train and motivate staff, maintaining a high level of engagement;
  • Analyze the main KPIs and manage the operational activities of the point of sale (sales, warehouse management, shifts, goods preparation, etc);
  • Ensure high visual standards throughout the store accordingly with brands guidelines
  • Ensure excellent customer experience, welcoming and supporting customers.
  • Implement clienteling strategies to effectively gather and leverage client feedback, driving continuous improvement, enhancing customer satisfaction and fostering long-term client loyalty.
Selling skills
  • Constantly present on the shop floor and fully available to look after customers needs
  • Build customer loyalty, understand customer relationship management
  • Be a brand ambassador and embrace the brand values
