Responsibilities
  • Take responsibility for your department results across all customer channels, ensuring that your action plan supports the store commercial priorities.
  • Follow up on performance and take action using effective solutions and best practices.
  • Ensure the shop is always in excellent shape, fully and efficiently stocked, and that the product range is presented in ways that inspire customers across all touchpoints.
  • Actively steer sales on key products and services, securing proper forecasting and managing product life cycles to maximize sales and long term profitability.
  • Identify commercial opportunities and react quickly to market changes by monitoring key KPIs, analyzing customer needs and feedback, and reviewing availability data.
  • Collaborate closely with the store commercial team and your counterparts in the Head Quarter to support alignment, share insights and adopt proven practices.
  • Work proactively with the HR team to secure the right number of competent co‑workers in the right place at the right time, ensuring a strong customer experience.
  • Ensure your team has a strong sales mindset, solid product knowledge, and a good understanding of available services so they can support customers throughout the shopping experience.
  • Recruit, onboard and develop your team, supporting individual growth and building a strong succession plan.
  • Actively contribute to sustainability initiatives by ensuring that sustainability priorities are reflected in the store offer and daily operations.
What you’ll need to have
  • Proven experience in sales.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques, local market dynamics, sales channels, customer behaviour, data analytics and sales KPIs.
  • Ability to identify business opportunities within the local market.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and habits to promote an omnichannel approach.
  • Ability to make things happen, set priorities and make decisions with a focus on flexibility, speed and simplicity.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trustful relationships.
  • Ability to organise and prioritise multiple tasks and processes.
  • Ability to measure performance, follow up on results and use insights to improve operations.
  • Good knowledge of Italian and English.
