We are looking for a motivated Assistant Executive Housekeeper to join our pre-opening team.

The role will report to the Executive Housekeeper and is located adjacent to Rome Termini Station, a short distance from the Colosseum, at the 238‑room Hyatt Regency Rome Central, a contemporary 5‑star hotel offering premium business services and a notable leisure rooftop experience.

The hotel also features a SPA, 5 food & beverage outlets and more than 1000 sqm of event venues.

Key responsibilities
  • Supporting the Executive Housekeeper for directing, supervising, and coordinating the daily activities of the housekeeping department.
  • Handling guests’ complaints and special requests.
  • Ensuring that public areas, guestrooms, and linen are up to the standard.
  • Educating all team members to be compliant with brand standards.
  • Managing monthly inventories and controlling stock levels.
  • Running daily cleanliness spot checks.
  • Managing lost and found items.
  • Monitoring guests’ laundry delivery, linen & staff uniforms.
  • Monitoring the outsourced cleaning company.
  • Reporting to the Executive Housekeeper.
Skills and requirements
  • Previous experience as Assistant Executive Housekeeper or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.
  • Knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning products, and industry standards.
  • Proficiency in inventory management and cost control.
  • Good level of English.
  • Flexibility to work during the weekends and public holidays.
