My client is looking to recruit a new Design Centre Manager in Q1, in the city of Bergamo, located less than an hour from Milan.

The company is well funded, rapidly growing, and has ambitious plans for 2026 and beyond.

The position will be responsible for building and growing a complex team of Semiconductor professionals, focusing on the development of new cutting‑edge integrated material chips.

Responsibilities and qualifications:

• Previous experience managing multi‑functional teams across digital design, analog design, mixed‑signal, verification, applications engineering, and physical design.
• Knowledge of silicon IP / chip development.
• Confident background in an R&D function.
• Preferred: experience with new or advanced process technologies.
• Local Italian speakers who are also fluent in English would have an advantage; non‑Italian speakers who are fluent in English will also be considered.
• Visa sponsorship and relocation available for the right candidate.
