Role & Responsibilities

The role

We are seeking an Area Manager to join our dynamic team in Roma. You will be responsible for the growth and commercial consolidation of your assigned area, creating opportunities and achieving business targets. You will lead as an entrepreneurial and inspirational leader, fostering people development and ensuring the successful execution of company projects and strategies through a high-performing team.

Your main activities include:

  • Revenue and sales management: Conduct strategic analysis, set budgets and sales targets, develop action plans, and monitor KPIs through store visits to ensure sales growth.
  • People management: Develop shop personnel, provide coaching and feedback, foster team spirit, and collaborate with HR on recruitment.
  • Resources and workforce planning: Analyze territory to optimize coverage and staffing, identify growth opportunities, and develop your network.
  • Medical Area Management: Build and maintain relationships with ENTs and GPs through regular visits and industry events.

Qualifications & Capabilities

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree
  • 2-3 years of experience as an Area Manager or in Field Operations Management
  • Experience in fast-paced industries; retail experience is a plus
  • Fluent in English
  • Willingness for national mobility (international mobility is a plus)
