As an Area Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring care and satisfaction for all our patients and operational excellence in our clinics, as well as supporting business development activities in the area.

Main activities
  • Take responsibility for the operational excellence of all clinics in the area:
    • Implement efficient clinic processes to ensure high productivity.
    • Ensure high capacity utilisation through strategic patient/staff scheduling and fostering organic growth.
    • Effectively manage supplies, implementing changes to enhance efficiency.
    • Provide technical support to each clinic to optimise capacity utilisation and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Take ownership of the financial performance of all clinics in the area:
    • Participate in preparing the annual budget for clinics.
    • Ensure financial performance meets the budgeted targets (clinic margin level).
    • Manage clinic costs, including labour, supplies, maintenance and operating expenses, implementing necessary tools and processes.
  • Prioritise customer satisfaction by supporting clinic staff in effective and safe troubleshooting:
    • Implement programmes and initiatives to understand patient needs and deliver high patient satisfaction.
    • Act as a role model and leader to clinic staff, fostering a motivated and high‑performing team.
  • Support HR Team and Operations Director in implementing HR policies and procedures, handling HR issues at clinic level.
Requirements
  • University degree, preferably in Business Administration or Engineering.
  • Experience in running an operational unit within the service industry, preferably in health or pharma business, demonstrating a tactical and strategic understanding of business operations.
  • Experience working in an international company or with diverse cultures.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Target and solution‑oriented mindset.
  • Proven interpersonal and relationship‑building skills.
  • Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
  • Foster a collaborative working environment and maintain an open communication style.
  • Uphold service supremacy and demonstrate a strong awareness of quality.
