A leading design and consulting firm in Italy is seeking an experienced Architect at the intermediate level to join their Milan office. The role involves developing projects using BIM methodology and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team in the Residential, Office, and Hospitality sectors. Candidates should have a degree in Architecture, 3–5 years of BIM project experience, and proficiency in design software. Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.

Competenze

• BIM Specialist certification or a Master's in BIM is a plus.

We are looking for a resource for the role of Architect - Intermediate level to join its Milan office.

The selected candidate will join the Architecture and Interior Design team (working across Residential, Office, and Hospitality sectors), report to the Project Manager of the project, and will be responsible for developing the project using BIM methodology (Revit) through all phases, in coordination with other disciplines (structural, MEP, fire safety, acoustics, etc.).

In particular, the candidate should have a strong inclination towards :

• Developing creative and detail-oriented concept designs for residential, office, and interior design projects;
• Producing detailed and construction drawings for architectural and interior design projects;
• Preparing building permit documentation under the supervision of the Project Manager;
• Collaborating and coordinating with other technical professionals involved in the projects;
• Problem solving.

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture or Building Engineering ;
• 3–5 years of experience in BIM-based projects;
• Excellent English proficiency, both spoken and written;
• Good knowledge of 2D drawing software (AutoCAD), image editing software (Photoshop), and presentation tools (InDesign and Illustrator);
• Teamwork skills and a sense of responsibility;
• BIM Specialist certification or a Master's in BIM is a plus;
• Construction site experience (e.g. artistic direction, site management, or constructive detailing) is a plus;
• Prior experience in interior design is a plus.
