A leading international company in Tuscany is seeking an experienced Accounting professional to manage day-to-day operations related to Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable. You will prepare and record financial transactions, support monthly and annual closing activities, and ensure compliance with accounting principles. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Economics, have 1-2 years of experience, and proficiency in English. A competitive salary package with benefits is offered.

Your mission

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations related to Accounts Receivable (AR) or Accounts Payable (AP)
• Prepare and record vendor invoices, customer payments, and bank transactions in an accurate and timely manner
• Support monthly and annual closing activities, ensuring compliance with internal accounting procedures
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations
• Maintain organized and up-to-date accounting records and documentation for audit and reporting purposes
• Other related finance duties and responsibilities (e.g., inventory, cashier, expenses)

Your profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance preferred
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Hands-on experience with SAP is a plus
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to meet deadlines
