Responsibilities include assisting in maintenance operations and ensuring smooth functioning of aircraft activities under supervision. Ideal candidates will have interpersonal skills, teamwork abilities, and some experience in aircraft maintenance. This role requires shift work and offers opportunities in both Rome and Parma.

Company Description

Aviomar Flight Academy is a leading aviation training organization in Italy, offering pilot training, maintenance, aerial work, and sales services. Our operations adhere to strict European and ENAC regulations, with our ATO certified as EASA IT.ATO.0003. We maintain a highly skilled team of professional trainers and aviation experts, constantly improving our training programs. With a diverse fleet of aircraft and simulators, we provide comprehensive training opportunities. Our in‑house CAO is exclusively dedicated to our aircraft fleet of over 23 aircraft.

Role Description

This is a full‑time on‑site role as a Hangar Support Staff (Aircraft Maintenance Helper) located in Rome. The role involves assisting in maintenance operations, providing technical support, and ensuring the smooth functioning of aircraft maintenance activities on a day‑to‑day basis under the supervision of the Engineering and Certifying Staff Team. The role includes shift work on a 5on‑3off/5on‑2off or 10on‑5off pattern.

Qualifications
  • Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
  • Knowledge of Safeguarding procedures
  • Previous experience in equipment or aircraft maintenance
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Degree or certification in Aviation Maintenance or related field (desired)
  • Strong problem‑solving skills

This position is currently available at both our Rome Urbe and Parma maintenance centres.
