Overview
AI Learning Designer - EdTech (French fluent 🇫🇷) role at Paradox EN. This is a full-time position open to remote work or from offices in Dubai, Paris, or Lisbon. The role focuses on designing learning experiences that integrate psychology, storytelling, product design, and AI, to create human-centered learning within Paradox OS.
Our mission is to redefine what learning feels like by merging neuroscience, design, AI, and behavioral transformation to craft experiences rather than traditional lessons.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end design of learning experiences that feel alive, cinematic, and deeply human.
- Lead learning experience architecture from strategy to execution; design journeys, not just content.
- Script learning experiences and assets (learning modules, assessments, reflection prompts, supplemental materials).
- Design AI Conversations and Loops; write and optimize prompt chains for human-like, transformative exchanges.
- Review and refine AI conversations with agents; analyze data to improve transformation and stickiness.
- Define transformation KPIs (not just completion) and iterate course design using learner data and feedback.
- Conduct desk and user research to inform goals, learner personas, and curriculum structure.
- Collaborate with experts to co-create courses and translate expertise into cinematic, science-based learning journeys.
- Own scripting, copywriting, and creation of educational assets; lead end-to-end course design from strategy to delivery.
- Ensure every feature supports ecosystem evolution (Loops, PX Agents, Protocols, Membership).
Qualifications
- 3–6 years in Learning Design, Instructional Design, or Experience Design (EdTech, Coaching, or Transformational Education preferred).
- Experience shipping at least one major feature or product end-to-end with measurable results.
- Comfort with AI tools and Figma; proven ability to design and deliver digital learning experiences across various asset types (video, articles, assessments, interactive experiences).
- Portfolio demonstrating cinematic or narrative-rich courses or learning programs.
- Strong writing and aesthetic sensibility; ability to craft experiences with impact and transformation.
- Fluency in French (native) and English (able to discuss specifics with English-speaking colleagues). Our written language is English.
