Reporting to: Area Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct field visits to customers across Italy.
  • Create, manage, and regularly update customer data within the CRM/database system.
  • Develop strong customer relations and maintain reliable communication channels.
  • Identify and pursue business opportunities, and follow up on sales leads and orders.
  • Collect project and market information to support sales promotion and provide competitive analysis.
  • Work with the team to formulate and implement sales plans to achieve business targets.
  • Participate in major project negotiations to support regional business growth.
  • Assist with financing discussions and support payment collection when necessary.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Agriculture, or related field; relevant experience can substitute for education.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales of agricultural machinery or related equipment.
  • Strong knowledge of machinery applications, technical specifications, and customer needs.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across Italy.
  • Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and able to work independently.
