About the Position

Job Summary

L’Advanced IT Healthcare Consultant plays a key role within the Customer Experience process, providing targeted consulting to clients (both external and internal) to resolve second-level application/system issues.

Key Accountabilities
  • Perform second-level remote support interventions on corporate IT solutions to ensure business continuity for clients nationwide.
  • Manage escalation cases and collaborate directly with the Project Manager to resolve reported issues.
  • Interface with CED, clinical engineering, and laboratory contacts to support all technological solutions activities.
  • Collaborate with third-party Software Houses in managing Healthcare IT processes.
  • Ensure SLAs of IT solutions through a Trouble Ticketing Management system.
  • Follow activities and evolution of monitoring systems within corporate LIS solutions.
  • Assist colleagues during training and go-live phases of IT solutions when required.
  • Create and update technical documentation necessary for support and maintenance of IT solutions.

Minimum Knowledge & Experience required for the position

Knowledge:

  • Understanding of Healthcare IT processes in healthcare settings
  • Knowledge of data communication networks
  • Familiarity with virtual infrastructures and Microsoft/Linux operating systems
  • SQL scripting and Oracle database knowledge
  • Knowledge of remote connectivity (VPN)
