Adecco Fashion&Cosmetique is currently seeking a skilled sales assistant on behalf of a prestigious luxury fragance Maison. The position is based in Milan's boutique. The brand has offered timeless fragrances and lifestyle products depicting the vibrant and elegant essence of Italian sophistication and ties the highest quality materials to authentic craftsmanship to ensure a long-term transmission of values and sustainable practices. As part of the Boutique Team, the key responsibilities are :

  • Be actively involved to reach the sales targets on all categories
  • Cultivate a relationship with customers through an active presence on the shop floor and by providing a unique service and shopping experience in line with the brand philosophy, the corporate image, and communication and CRM guidelines
  • Act as brand Ambassador to build relationships with new customers and VIP clientele
  • Ensure a high level of standards in Merchandising and Brand image according to corporate guidelines
  • Respect Retail Operations procedures and the guidelines provided by HQ
  • Use the main IT applications and systems, constantly updating any new tools made available by the company with reference to the Salesforce CRM system
  • Develop a unique customer experience and irreproachable service, build customer loyalty and develop the customer base
  • Monitor stock levels and cooperate with the stock team providing support Previous experience in the luxury industry with a customer-oriented attitude
  • Ability to listen and advise, have a taste for challenges and sales
  • Fluent in English, additional languages (Chinese, Arab) are a plus The annual gross salary will be determined based on the candidate's experience and will include performance-based bonuses as well as meal vouchers. The working schedule is full-time, amounting to 39 hours per week, distributed over shifts spanning 5 days weekly.
