A global contract manufacturer is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager for their Italian operations. The successful candidate will oversee all financial activities, ensuring compliance with local regulations while managing the finance team. With a Bachelor's degree in Economics and 5-10 years of relevant experience, the ideal individual will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in MS Office and SAP. This full-time position requires both office and occasional manufacturing environment work.

Competenze

• 5–10 years of experience in a similar role within a structured environment.
• Excellent command of English (both written and spoken).
• In-depth understanding of general accounting principles.

• Lead and coordinate administrative, accounting and treasury departments.
• Supervise implementation of statutory, tax, and financial obligations.
